Ingredients

  • 150 gram paneer


  • 8 slice white bread


  • 1 tbs coriander leaves chopped


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/3 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 2 tbs butter

Directions

  • grate paneer with vegetables grater
  • add salt , red chilly powder, dhaniya powder and coriander leaves in paneer mix it well
  • now cut and separate brown parts from bread
  • take a rolling pin roll the bread white part like chapati very thin
  • now put 1 spoon paneer filling on bread and spread
  • now from one side start rolling bread with tight hands
  • make all the roll like that
  • take a pan(tava) make it hot
  • use butter and cook paneer rolls on medium heat to all side stir continue
